We are a small family wholesale nursery business run by Tony and Gwen Hunt and daughter Wendy and son in law Simon. We have operated from our present site at Stapehill near Wimborne for the past eleven years.

Prior to this we spent a very happy twenty-five years Market Gardening on our first nursery at Fordingbridge on the Hampshire/Dorset borders. We have been involved on and off with all aspects of garden plant and food crop production over the years and are happy to pass on any hints and tips that we can.

Our nursery which is operated on a cash & carry basis is open to anybody requiring plants in quantity at wholesale prices. We have a minimum spend of £20 to deter the casual public visitors who quite honestly are happier taking tea at their local garden centres. We specialize in supplying landscapers, shopkeepers, builders, campsite owners etc, etc. If the plants you require are not in our extensive lists please let us know as we have twice weekly deliveries from various parts of Europe to add to our own home grown and locally produced stock.

We hold a huge range of 100 + Hardy & Basket Fuchsia varieties including 50 that are exclusive to us from which we sell rooted cuttings and young plants in season.

Ten months of the year Simon operates a regular weekly visit via our Van sales operation to small businesses throughout Dorset, south Hampshire, south Wilts and also parts of Somerset. He carries a huge selection of plants from shrubs to bedding, bulbs & fruit trees, hedging & trees etc, etc. All this stock can be purchased on spec off the lorry or can be pre ordered by phone for a set delivery date.

Monthly Accounts are possible subject to suitable references being furnished. Payment on the day is obviously more acceptable and helps enormously to keep end prices at their lowest for our customers.
